Lisa Garbrecht, Ph.D.
Dr. Garbrecht is an educational psychologist with over 18 years of experience as an external evaluator and researcher on numerous education-related projects funded by national, state, and local organizations. She has particular expertise in designing formative and summative evaluation plans; developing, implementing, and analyzing data from quantitative and qualitative data collection methods; and, reporting detailed findings to inform future program efforts, share program outcomes and impacts to a variety of audiences, and for program application in other contexts. Dr. Garbrecht has taught in the Colleges of Education at the University of California, Irvine and at Arizona State University.
